Elite Sales Trip Branding
All-Inclusive Luxury Experience
Burkhart’s Elite Sales Trip is a biennial incentive reward for the top-earning sales associates & their guests.
The Director who organized this event requested a tropical high-end spa look vibe. The event was held in Los Cabos at a high-end resort and included board members as attendees and the CEO. I was in charge of designing the overall branding for the trip and created all the assets.
Event Moodboard
Relax, Rewind, Recharge
I curated stock images to use throughout the deliverables as well as the color palette and typeface.
The goal was to create an opulent experience to thank the top sales associates. Their excursions included spa days, boat trips and golf so I incorporated elements from those activities into the imagery as well as tropical foliage.
I kept the color scheme a calming analogous mix of greens and blues to emphasize the relaxation goal of the week.

Printed Invitations
I designed this invitation card that was mailed to all attendees. The invite included registration information and a thank you letter from Burkhart’s owner.

Registration Website
I was in charge of designing the invitation email that directed users to a registration form on Burkhart’s website. I created the landing pages for the registration as well as the form set-up. Users were able to register for activities, sign-up for excursions and track their guest’s preferences as well.
Activities Sign Up
I was also in charge of creating the Elite trip’s activity pages so attendees could learn about excursions they could participate in each day of the trip. These pages were linked from the registration page so users could explore their choices before filling out the form. After they registered and signed up for their preferred activities, I created their personalized agendas.

Personalized Agendas
I designed this bi-fold agenda template to be applied for all attendees and their plus ones. Each agenda included the guests’ personalized activities like massages, golf and snorkeling as well as group meals times and locations. These agendas were given to attendees at the hotel at check-in.

Place Cards & Gift Tags
Place cards used to indicate seating placements for group meals during the trip and tags on gifts left in guests’ room throughout the event.
